The Hawaiian Islands

On Maui we source local tropical fruits and macadamia nuts. Mangos, bananas,  coconuts, macadamia nuts, and papayas grow from our trees. We use these ingredients from our little tropical paradise to create magic on your plate. 

Our most popular pancakes are called Hawaiian Cakes, made with buttermilk batter, pineapple, banana, macadamia nuts, and topped with a house-made whipped cream. These spectacular sweet and tropical flavors are coupled perfectly with our locally grown and roasted coffee.
